McGregor Ranch's Northeastern property off of Lory Lane in Drake, CO. Parcel: 2509000903

We intend to host our wedding on MacGregor Ranch's property, which they have already given us permission to do so. We expect 150 people. The event will consist of a ceremony at 3PM, followed by the reception at 4PM. We will end the reception at 7PM, with guests leaving by 7:30PM. We will rent a tent (temporary structure) to hold dinner in. We will have live music from 330-7PM (Chain Station & Mark Powell, both Estes locals). We will be providing a shuttle service from town to alleviate parking issues. A few cars (the vendors & musicians) will be parked on the property. We will direct all vendors on where to park. We are renting a porta-potty trailer with 4 stalls & handwashing stations. All waste will be removed upon pickup of the porta-potty by the rental company. We will provide plenty of bottled water for guests. We will have dinner catered through two food trucks, as well as plenty of appetizers. We will have a hosted bar with beer, wine & batched cocktails, as well as coffee, tea and hot chocolate. We will not charge for alcohol at this event, we will provide all the drinks. We will have all guests RSVP well before the event, so we will have an exact number of attendees. Starting at 7PM, we will have shuttles transporting guests to the after party location. As stated above, we will have live music from 330-7PM. We will monitor volume levels and keep it conservative volume-wise, complying with all the Larimer County Sound Ordinances. In regard to expected impact on MacGregor Ranch's land and surrounding properties: This will be similar to MacGregor Ranch's 150th, with minimal impact on the land and surrounding neighborhoods. We will have ample trash cans, as well as staff to clean up anything remaining. We will set it up so the reception area is quite obvious and no one will leave the designated areas. We are local business owners in Estes Park. We want to have a beautiful wedding without disturbing the land or the neighbors in the area. We will be respectful and courteous. We are wrapping up at 7PM to ensure we don't disturb anyone into the evening. I believe this covers all the requirements. I clicked on the private land requirements and it says “content not found”, so if I missed anything, please let me know and I will adjust as needed.
