Comments: Overnight parking and outdoor storage are not allowed within the floodway, and the majority of this event is within the floodway. Any structures (at least 2 walls and/or a roof) within the floodway must be removed from the site at the end of the day. They can be replaced the next day.

Comments: The Health Department has reviewed this special event application and, as noted in our 2022 comments, we have no significant concerns as this is a drive-through event where attendees will be onsite for a short amount of time and no one will exit vehicles. It is acknowledged that no food or beverage will be provided during this event. If there are dry days during the duration of this event, we recommend light wetting of dirt roads onsite to control dust. The event website states that sponsors received a VIP party, but does not list additional details. We recommend contacting the Planning Department to verify if there are any requirements for sponsor VIP party.
