Comments: Portable toilets need to be placed outside the floodplain or anchored within the floodplain. Health

Status: Approved

Comments: -It is understood that bottled water will be available to attendees. No food will be provided. -One portable restroom (ADA) with hand sanitizer and cleaning once a week is proposed for the event. The anticipated attendance is a few hundred per day (listed as 250 in the application), and approximately 40 attendees per hour. Given the duration of the event (7 days, 3 hours per event) and anticipated attendance, we would request 2 portable restrooms be supplied (at least one ADA) unless the applicant can provide documentation from the sanitation company stating that the 1 restroom and planned pumping schedule is adequate for this event. --The restrooms shall be adequately stocked with paper towels and hand sanitizer at all times and pumped as necessary. - In addition to hand sanitizer, at least one handwashing station shall be provided for the portable restroom area. This can be supplied by the sanitation company or a low cost "camping style" hand sink can be set up using a clean, enclosed container with continuous spigot (not push button), potable water, hand soap, paper towels and wastebin. -Noise from the walk-thru shall not exceed 50 decibels at the property lines for the evening operating hours of 7PM-8PM, and 55 decibels from 5PM-7PM. -Ensure vegetation in parking areas is mowed and lightly watered prior to event to control dust. -Please ensure all staff are familiar with the emergency action/communication plan.
