Comments: --Food truck vendors will be providing food for the event. All food vendors must hold a 2023 Colorado Retail Food License. Please provide the names of the food trucks vendors. The event coordinator shall complete an Event Coordinator Application for the food service (application is free of charge at this time.) This application and other information can be found on our website: https://www.larimer.gov/health/environmental-health/food-safety-program --Potable water shall be made available for attendees/volunteers/staff at the event. --It is understood that 4 portable toilets and 4 handwashing stations will be provided for the event. Based on the duration of the event and number of attendees, it appears this number will be adequate. One of the restrooms must be of ADA compliant design. We would also recommend a handwashing station by the food truck area if the hand washing stations are located far from the food service area to encourage hand washing. All hand washing sinks shall be adequately stocked with soap, water, paper towels, and a waste bin. If "camping style" handwashing stations are used with a grey water catch bucket, that grey water shall be dumped in the portable restrooms, not on the ground. --Please note the Larimer County Noise Ordinance applies to the event. Noise from live music, amplified music, crowds, etc. must comply with the Ordinance, which can be found here: https://www.larimer.gov/policies/noise. Although this is a neighborhood event, any complaints regarding noise disturbances would be directed to the Sheriff's Department. Please ensure plans are in place to limit noise disturbance to neighboring properties. --Please ensure there is a communication plan in place in case of an emergency.Larimer County Emergency Management
