Description:
5K Fun Run benefitting Stove Prairie Elementary. Run will not be timed. It will take place solely on County Road 52E. The two affected property owners will be notified in person. We will be obtaining a traffic control plan through Loveland Barricade. No road closure is necessary. Parking will take place on a private lot on the corner of Rist Canyon Rd and Stove Prairie Rd and written permission is for this lot is obtained. Parking will be monitored by volunteers. Certificate of insurance will be obtained once Poudre School District is back in session. Porta potties will be provided by the district, including at least one handicap accessible stall. Due to the nature of the route and inaccessibility to spectators, we are not anticipating them. Main point of contact will be Lauren Lee as noted above. For medical and emergency services, we plan on having members of the Rist Canyon Volunteer Fire Department stationed on hand as well as our school SRO. KML file will be submitted via email.
