Comments: I recommend having at least 1 deputy (not including the on-duty District 7 deputy) on site for assistance with road closures, beer garden safety, and any emergencies that may arise. You must call Sheriff's Office administrative staff to arrange for deputy coverage (970) 498-5108 at least 1 month prior to event. Please be advised, Gnarr Runners are hosting a trail run on Boy Scout Ranch/Forest Service property this same weekend and may compete for limited emergency resources.
