1. Date Submitted: 05/19/20231. parcel number of the location: 9636100030 2. the emergency plan Our event planner, Stacie Carver of Carver Coordination, is a trained crowd manager. She and her team will be on site and will be in communication with each other via walkie talkies. They will take command and communicate with EMS in the event of an emergency. 3. number of port-a-potties and hand washing stations There will be a double, ADA porta-potty on site, as well as two bathrooms easily accessible (notes on site map) to all guests. One of these is in the pool house and the other just inside the rear entrance to our (Barton) residence. There are three additional bathrooms in our residence that can be used by staff and also guests if necessary. All of these are equipped with hand washing stations and there are five additional hand washing stations on the property, two in the pool house and three in our residence, easily accessible by guests and staff. 4. which buildings on the property will be used for the event Two buildings will be used for this event, our (Barton) residence and the pool house, both on the South end of our (Barton) property and labeled on the site map. 5. Will there be any tents or stages used for the event? There will be a tent on the turf area, labeled on the site map.

The pool was not designed or permitted as a commercial pool, and cannot be used as part of this Event either. It must be properly blocked off from guests to prevent people from falling in. Comments: --The Building Department noted that the proposed buildings structures onsite cannot be used for the event, including restrooms. For a 5 hour event with 120 attendees and alcohol service, 4-5 portable restrooms will be required. One of which must be of ADA compliant design. --At least one handwashing station is required per every 5 portable restrooms, in this case a minimum of one handwashing station will be required. The hand washing station(s) shall be adequately stocked with potable water, soap, papertowels, a waste bin, and a wastewater bucket (if a camping-style hand washing station design is used). --Per the application, food service will be provided by a caterer. All food vendors shall hold a 2023 Colorado Retail Food License. --Potable water shall be provided in sufficient quantity for guests. This may be achieved by providing commercial bottled water; or from approved clean and sanitized dispensers such as hard-sided beverage dispensing coolers/receptacles of potable water from a municipal source. --The Larimer County Noise Ordinance will apply. A maximum of 55 decibels is allowed from 7am to 7pm at the event site property lines, and a maximum of 50 decibels is allowed from 7pm to 7am at the event site property lines. The applicant/event coordinator must ensure methods are in place to limit disturbance and impacts to neighboring properties resulting from the event. The ordinance can be viewed here: www.larimer.org/policies/noise.htm. Since the event extends past 4:30 pm, complaints regarding noise disturbances may be directed to the Larimer County Sheriff's department. If not already doing so, please notify neighbors of the proposed event and provide contact information so that they may notify the owners to resolve issues before contacting the sheriff.Larimer County Emergency Management
