My fiancé and I are getting married on Aug 11,2023 with our immediate family in the mountains. We've chosen to have a BBQ on Aug 13, 2023 with our friends and some extended family. If possible, the South Bay Group Pavilion would be the perfect spot to get other families together to celebrate our union. We will have a catered entre and dessert for our guests. Our guests are welcome to wear normal clothes as well as stop in and leave when they have time throughout the day. This will be a laid back get-together with food, games, and our loved ones.

Status: More Information NeededComments: This is not a non profit entity but more of a private event so there would not be a reason for a Special Event 6% Liquor Permit to be submitted. Thank you, Deirdre
Status: ApprovedComments: --The application indicates food will be provided by a caterer. Any food vendor providing food for the event (caterer, food truck, etc.) shall hold a 2023 Colorado Retail Food License or a 2023 Larimer County Temporary Food License with all food preparation done in a commercial kitchen. --It is understood that the requested South Bay Group Pavilion has a flush toilet. An adequate number of portable restrooms shall be provided for the event to supplement the permanent restroom if needed. The event takes place in Larimer County Parks, therefore supplemental portable restroom needs shall be addressed with that Department. If portable toilets are needed, at least one ADA compliant toilet must be provided. At least one handwashing station is required per every 5 portable toilets and should also be provided if the Larimer County Parks restroom facilities lack hand sinks. --Please ensure any handwashing stations are stocked with water, soap, papertowels, wastewater collection bucket (if needed) and a waste bin at all times. -No information was provided regarding water for guests. Potable water shall be provided in sufficient quantity for guests. There may be a potable source of water at the pavilion site, but the applicant should verify this. If not, please have multiple beverage coolers for filling water glasses on-site, or provide bottled water to guests to keep them hydrated during an all-day event. -Please note that Larimer County has a Noise Ordinance limiting sound levels during the day and evening for events. --Music and guest noise shall be limited to prevent noise levels from exceeding 50 decibels at the property lines. Since the event is over the weekend, complaints regarding noise disturbances would be directed to the Larimer County Sheriff's department.
