Description:
The Town of Timnath invites Timnath residents to enjoy Independence Day at Timnath's 4th of July Celebration on Tuesday, July 4, 2023. In addition to the state-of-the-art fireworks display and pyro-musical, the Town will also be celebrating with live entertainment and delicious eats from thirteen local food tucks. Festivities kick off at 5pm with music from Ryan Chrys and the Rough Cuts, followed by The Victory Three featuring Bianca and the Flyboys. In addition to live music, there will also be a variety of kids' activities, including face painting, bubble activities, an inflatable obstacle course, and much more! The night will end with a spectacular firework show over the reservoir, beginning at 9:30pm.

Comments: -All food trucks/vendors shall hold a 2023 Colorado Retail Food License. In addition to vendor applications, the Event Coordinator Application and Event Vendor List form can be found on our website: https://www.larimer.gov/health/environmental-health/food-safety-program -Portable restroom areas and handwashing stations will be available in the main event area and parking areas. The plans indicate 26 regular units, 5 ADA compliant units, 5 ADA restroom stalls at the permanent park facilities and 6 handwashing stations. Please ensure an adequate number of portable units are used to supplement permanent restroom facilities at the park. For a 5 hour event with 7000 participants, a minimum of 41 restrooms is recommended. At least 1 handwashing station is required per every 5 toilet units. -Handwashing stations shall be stocked with water, soap, paper towels and a waste bin at all times. -Please ensure potable/treated water is available on-site. This may be achieved by water bottle filling stations or drinking fountains that are publicly accessible on-site; commercial bottled water; or from approved clean and sanitized dispensers such as hard-sided beverage dispensing coolers or kegs of potable water that are refilled throughout the event. -Please ensure an adequate number of trash receptacles is provided throughout the event. -Please ensure staff and volunteers are familiar with the emergency action and communication plan.
