Description:
We are attempting to schedule our annual bass tournament on Horsetooth. The original date we selected was the 20th and it was declined so were trying to get approved for another date. This is a club bass tournament. Our tournaments are card tournaments, we release the fish immediately after weighing the fish. We then record the weight. So, we will not be carrying fish around the lake in life wells during the tournament. Our goal is to use the south ramp, have a quick meeting to go over the rules in the morning and utilize the lake boat inspections lanes when they open. We anticipate around 15 boats with 2 participants in each boat. At the conclusion of the tournament, if parking allows, we hope to hold a quick meeting to collect the cards and determine a winner. If it's too busy, we can collect the cards and determine the winners remotely. Getting out of the parking lot and freeing up space. These meetings are generally about 15 minutes long once everyone is out of the water. Realizing the time frame is short; we are just trying to secure another date after the initial declined date. All participants will adhere to state and local laws while in the park and on the lake. I've attached out insurance certificate. Thanks
