Additional Information Submitted by Applicant
1. Date Submitted: 04/14/2023I am submitting text that is explaining the Kendrick Family Reunion. I also included a map. I tried to include the insurance form for the event, but had troubles attaching so I will bring hard copies in person with payment. Thanks again, Julie
2. Date Submitted: 05/02/2023
Attention Special Events Permits, This new attachment shows the additional liability, and I wanted to let you know that I decided to add the additional insurance permanently to the policy (my insurance agent suggested it). This current insurance policy renews on 8/4/2023, so we are good for the Reunion, Thanks Julie
3. Date Submitted: 05/16/2023
Please note, the insurance liability is for a whole year so at first it looks like it has the wrong date. This extra insurance does name Larimer County on the second page. I live at 3230, but the event is happening in my back field. My agent assured me that the liability insurance covers the full 4 acres of which I am part owner. Thanks for all you do.

Comments: -An adequate number of portable restrooms shall be provided. The application indicates that 4 portable restrooms will be available for guests, 1 that is ADA compliant. Please note that the property is served by a septic system which is not designed to accommodate an event of this capacity, and therefore the residence bathrooms shall not be used as part of the event. For an event duration of 10 hours with 200 guests, 6 portable restrooms are recommended. If there is any alcohol service, the recommended number increases by 20% (approximately 7 portable restrooms). -The application indicates one portable hand washing station. A minimum of 1 portable handwashing station is required per 5 restrooms. Please ensure the handwashing station is stocked with water, soap, papertowels and a waste bin at all times. -The application indicates no food will be provided, but the Details document indicates food will be potluck style. If contracting any food service out to a business (ex: caterer), the food business shall be an approved source that holds a 2023 Colorado Retail Food License or a 2023 Larimer County Temporary Food License with all food preparation in a commercial kitchen. -No information was provided regarding water for guests. Potable water shall be provided in sufficient quantity for guests. The property appears to be connected to the West Fort Collins Water District and therefore a potable source of water can be provided. Please have multiple beverage coolers for filling water glasses on-site, or provide bottled water to guests to keep them hydrated during an all-day event in June. -Please note that Larimer County has a Noise Ordinance limiting sound levels during the day and evening for events. The property is 4 acres but there are homes within a few hundred feet or less. Music for the reception and crowd noise shall be limited to prevent noise levels form exceeding 50 decibels at the property lines. Since the event is over the weekend complaints regarding noise disturbances would be directed to the Sheriff's department. If not already doing so, please notify neighbors of event and provide contact information so that they may notify owners to resolve issues before contacting the sheriff.Planning
