Comments: Questions: -How many camping sites are designated for the event? -What is the plan for potable water for the event attendees/food trucks? Notes: -The conference website indicates that several food trucks will be onsite for lunch and dinner and notes that breakfast burritos will be available Saturday and Sunday. Please note all food vendors are required to hold a 2023 Colorado Retail Food License or a 2023 Larimer County Temporary Food License. All food licenses must be obtained prior to the event. The Event Coordinator can also find the Event Coordinator Application and Event Vendor List for food service on our website for submission prior to the event: https://www.larimer.gov/health/environmental-health/food-safety-program. -Drinking water shall be made available during the event. Water must be from a public, treated water supply (which can be transported and dispensed in clean and sanitized food grade containers, or commercial bottled water, for example). -Ensure trash cans are provided in adequate numbers around the event site, especially near portable restrooms and food service/seating areas. -Three portable restrooms are proposed for the event, one of which is ADA compliant. The ordinance can be viewed here: www.larimer.org/policies/noise.htm. -Please ensure all volunteers are familiar with the emergency communication plan. -Ensure adequate lighting is provided in parking areas and pathways for vehicle and pedestrian safety after dark (such as path to portable restrooms).
