Building

Status: Approved

Comments: Stage, electrical and portable toilet issues were addressed under Special Events permit application #7111 (community picnic), which was approved by the Building Division, and summarized below. Portable toilets including accessible units are reported to be provided. Any electrical installations beyond existing, permitted, approved-by-inspection electrical pedestals or self-supporting generator-fed electrical units require a county electrical permit. The SL-100 stage is inadequate to resist maximum site design wind speeds. A Wind Management Plan has been created under permit 7111, must be posted near the stage, and volunteers and staff must be trained in its use. ANy stages beyond the SL-100 must be referred to the Building Division for review.
