Hello,
I will be taking my University of Northern Colorado, Geol 100 - General Geology class on a field trip on 4/15 (back up date of 4/22 if weather is poor on 4/15). We will be looking at some of the rock outcroppings along Pole Hill Road. I’d like to provide the students with a bathroom break at about 10am. The vault toilet at Blue Mountain Trailhead at Pinewood Reservoir County Park is conveniently located to provide this bathroom break. Could we use this vault toilet for this purpose free of charge? As this is an education request, I’d like to request a waiver of the special use permit application fee as well. Thanks so much, please let me know of any questions.

Comments: Please provide:1. A certificate of insurance with event insurance/general liability limits of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 general aggregate. The certificate of insurance must name Larimer County as the certificate holder (Larimer County 200 W Oak St Suite 4000, Fort Collins, CO 80525) and list Larimer County as additional insured. Please note that Larimer County does not accept additional insured language that limits additional insured status to that which is “required by contract”; however, "by agreement" is an acceptable addition.
