1. Date Submitted: 02/11/2023The event will be the Denver Bassmaster's club tournament. Anticipating 30 people or 15 boats. No impact on the staff outside of the normal pre-launch boat inspection. It's not a fundraiser. Emergency plan, contact Howard Binkley at 720-375-4270. No need to involve the fire department or sheriff's department unless there's an accident on the lake. Parking will involve 15 or so parking spots after launch at the south launch facility. No additional room required. No impact outside normal boat and truck traffic for a day at the lake. No port a potty needed. No alcohol will be involved. Each boater has a $300,000 liability proof on the boat. I've attached the club's insurance verification. No course ap needed in the ramp parking lot. We are a 501C nonprofit listed in with the National and Colorado BASS Nation. Brandon Genova is the president of the state of Colorado BASS Chapter, and I can get proof of this. I can send a copy to the county web address if needed.
