Poudre Fire Authority

Status: Approved

Comments: Thank you Tami for going through this permit process. PFA will work with your fireworks contractor upon submittal of that permit application. Just a reminder that fireworks displays are prohibited during times when an open burning ban is in effect. If a permit has been issued, it will be revoked for a state or local open burning ban. Any exemption would need to be in writing from the official who imposed the burning ban. Let's hope for more snow, rain and good weather. Any questions can be directed to Michal at 970-416-2874 or investigations@poudre-fire.org
