We would like access for individual runners on Centennial Drive, on the
portion shown on map, approximately 0.5 miles. Individuals will begin at the bottom of the incline and run/walk to the top of the hill. We will have additional individuals watching for oncoming traffic and detouring all participants and spectators from being on the roadway. This activity will happen on the west shoulder of Centennial Drive.

Description:
I am requesting permission to hold a 1/2 mile walking event on Centennial Road by Rotary Park. The walk will be held on Thursday, May 26th, 2022 with a start time of 10:00 am. There will be 100 participants total. The individuals will participate 10-15 at one time, in shifts.

Buses are rented from CSU and they will drop off the participants at Rotary Park. The buses will leave the area and park offsite until the event is completed, at approximately 11:30 am.

10-15 participants will walk down, from Rotary Park, along the west shoulder of Centennial Road, to the North end of the dam. Participants will walk up the west shoulder of Centennial Road until they reach Rotary Park. Once participants have completed the event, they will sit on the west side of Centennial Road, where a large boulder is located. Then the next wave of participants will walk down to the same starting point.

After all 100 participants have completed the event, the CSU buses will come back to pick them up and escort them back to CSU campus.
