Comments: -Per the event description, no food will be provided at the event. However, the table setup site map suggests that donuts and coffee will be provided in the morning set up and "food" will be provided at the afternoon setup. Please be advised that all food vendors must hold a 2023 Colorado Retail Food License, Larimer County Temporary Food License, or must be a Larimer County nonprofit organization per food safety regulations. Only individually packaged, shelf-stable food/drink items (no refrigeration required such as hot coffee and donuts from a licensed establishment) or whole, uncut fruits and vegetables are allowed without a Colorado Retail Food License. -The site map indicates there will be a hydration station by the Bass Club Trailer. Water for drinking and preparing drinks (such as energy drinks) shall be from a public, treated water supply, and transported and dispensed in clean food grade containers. Drinks requiring refrigeration are not approved without proper permitting. -If permanent restrooms do not contain running water, a temporary hand sink should be provided with soap, paper towels and a waste bin. -Please ensure an adequate number of trash receptacles are accessible throughout the event set up area, including in food service areas. -Please ensure all volunteers/participants are aware of the emergency communication plans. Applicant provided clarification on 2/9/23: "The map used in the Special Event #6083 was for mapping purpose only, and NO Food or Drink is provided at these tournaments"Larimer County Emergency Management
