Description:
A timed entry, reservation based, contactless event comprised of driving through a mile long display of lights on private property. There will be 23 nights. Wednesday-Saturday except for the week leading up to Christmas; that will be all week. The entire experience will last no longer than 30 minutes per car and proceeds will benefit Colorado Youth Outdoors.

Applicant is requesting to appeal to Section 7.2.B., 7.2.D. and Section 7.3.B.1. of the current Land Use Code to host more than 3 events in a calendar year, there shall be no more than one special event allowed on a property in a calendar month and gatherings on property that has received and is subject to an existing land use approval that limits the number, type and nature of gatherings to be held on the property (i.e., community halls).

Comments: The Health Department has reviewed this special event application and has no concerns as this is a drive-through event where attendees will be onsite and in vehicles for 30 minutes or less. It is acknowledged that no food or beverage will be provided during this event.
