Description:
I teach Environmental Geology at Front Range Community College. We are requesting a special events permit to visit Devil's Backbone for a short geology field trip on the morning of Saturday, October 8, 2022. We will be hiking the south trail and will be at the park for no more than an hour and a half.

I have requested and received the special events permit for this purpose in the past and will provide a Certificate of Insurance as required, naming Larimer County Colorado, Larimer County Parks and Open Land as the certificate holder.

My student group is small, a total of nine this year, and will be under my supervision the entire time. The students will be advised to respect Larimer County park property and will be prepared to hike the trail.
