Additional Information Submitted by Applicant

1. Date Submitted: 07/12/2022
- We plan on training in three groups to disperse our footprint at Duncan and not overwhelm the rappelling site. Only one group will be rappelling at a time.
- We will comply with all appropriate regulations and ordinances.
-We have four qualified staff members to lead the training and all the required equipment. Personnel have basic medical training and there will be two vans able to transport any injuries to nearby medical centers.
- We will minimize parking disruption by only driving our three unit vans/trucks and transport the main body by University buses.
- No toilet facilities will be needed. We regularly conduct our labs in areas without restrooms. It is a short training window.
- Any requirements to repair/reclaim disturbed areas will be fully supported in any way possible.
