Description:
We are a high school choir coming to CO to serve local non-profits and churches, and we'd like to book the Horsetooth South Bay Pavilion to cater dinner for our students on 7/17/22. We're catering in a local restaurant, Illegal Pete's, and bring our own serving tables, trash bags, etc. We have a team of 10 adults, who are responsible for serving dinner and cleaning up, once our group has departed. I realize that this is sooner than 60 days, but we had some booking confusion and have been looking at this site since early May. Considering the beautiful scenery, size of the pavilion and surrounding area, and the dumpsters and bathrooms, this space is the perfect fit for our group.
