Description:
The Vacation Races, Rocky Mountain Half Marathon & 5K is excited to return to Estes Park for it's 9th annual event! This is one of our original events, and we look forward to this race every year to show this community off to both new and existing racers.

On Friday, July 29th we'll host our race expo from 11am - 5pm, located at the large ball field of Stanley Park. At 6:00pm, the 5K and FUN RUN will commence with a course that circles Lake Estes. On Saturday, July 30th, the half marathon will start at 6:00am as runners embark on a challenging yet beautiful course that highlights the surrounding mountains (including views of RMNP), as well showcasing the town of Estes Park. The event should draw roughly 1800 participants, distributed between both the 5K and half marathon race.
