Band and participant parking will be on property on internal gravel roads and will not take up anticipated attendee parking.
-Statement of expected impacts to the subject land and surrounding properties and a statement describing how impacts on surrounding properties will be minimized: Minimal concert noise may be heard beyond the boundaries of our property. We have professional sound management on site actively controlling sound levels. We have no residential neighbors who would be impacted and immediate neighbors are commercial businesses that will be closed at event time.
