Description:
We want to bring our prospective student athletes, their families and members of our football team and staff to Horsetooth to enjoy the outdoors while they are here on their recruiting visit. We plan on bringing a catered meal with us for our guests to enjoy. We have rented 2 boats that our guest will be able to get on and go around the lake. We want an area to eat and to hang out that allows people to be able to swim if they would like. Our event will be from 12-2pm.

1. Date Submitted: 05/03/2022We rented 2 boats from the marina and want to have our recruits be able to swim and enjoy the boats. There will be between 60-70 people in attendance. We want to be able to use the public swim area at South Bay.

Comments: =From the Parks & Open Lands comment from today, there may be alternate dates and locations chosen for the event. Please note if restroom facilities are not avaible at the confirmed pavilion/picnic area, then portable restrooms shall be provided under the instruction of Parks & Open Lands. It is strongly recommended that a handwashing station with soap, paper towels, and trash receptacle be provided as food will be served.=Please provide adequate waste receptacles around the event site.
=It was noted that food for the event will be catered but this information was not provided. =Please note that the food source/caterer shall be prepared by 2022 licensed retail food establishments (restaurants, CSU cafeterias, etc), licensed temporary event vendors, and/or licensed mobile units (trucks/carts).
=Please ensure potable/treated water is available for attendees. This may be achieved by providing commercial bottled water or clean and sanitized dispensers such as hard-sided beverage dispensing coolers/receptacles filled with potable water filled from a municipal water supply.

Comments: Please provide a certificate of insurance with event insurance/general liability limit no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 general aggregate. The certificate of insurance must name Larimer County as the certificate holder (Larimer County 200 W Oak St Suite 4000 Fort Collins, CO 80525) and list Larimer County as an Additional Insured. Please note that Larimer County does not accept Additional Insured language that limits additional insured status to that which is “required by contract”, however, "by agreement" is an acceptable addition.Thank you
