-Location of the event: On-site at Fort Collins Nursery, 2121 E. Mulberry St, Fort Collins, CO 80524

-List of all roads affected: Traffic to and from nursery would impact south frontage road on E. Mulberry St, no greater impact than any other busy day during our peak season.

-Duration of the event: 2hrs 45 minutes for the actual event, plus 3 hours +/- for tear-down (band and nursery staff only).

-Hours of operation: 6pm - 8:45 pm

-Expected water requirements: We will provide potable drinking water from a drink station. Location shown on attached map. We will set up a portable hand sanitizer station for use with portable toilets. No other water use is anticipated.

-Number of employees/volunteers: Approx. 12-13. Private security personnel from Code 4 Security will be hired if expected attendance reaches 200+.

-Number and location of toilets: Two portable toilets provided, one of which is handicap accessible. An additional toilet will be added if expected attendance reaches 250+. Location shown on attached site map.

-Maximum number of persons that will be permitted to attend at any single time: 350

-Methods applicant will use to ensure the maximum number of allowed attendees at any single time is not exceeded: Ticketed event, no entrance allowed without ticket.

-Food or alcoholic beverages to be served: Yes. Food sold by licensed mobile food vendors (food trucks/carts). Alcohol (beer and wine only) will be served by TIPS certified servers. Special Event Liquor Permit will be secured by Project Self-Sufficiency (non-profit organization) for this event. All alcohol will be consumed on-site with signage and staff ensuring no alcohol is removed from site. IDs will be checked by TIPS certified servers and over 21 attendees will be provided with unique wrist bands. Professional security staff will be hired to check IDs if expected attendance reaches 200+. Bar shown on attached site map.

-Temporary structures or fences proposed: None. Flag rope will be used internally to outline the area where attendees are allowed to roam, creating a complete barrier when combined with natural barriers (creek, buildings, fences). Total event area is approximately 21,500 sq. ft.

-Anticipated parking needs and how the need is to be addressed: Up to 138 attendee vehicles (ticket sales are primarily in pairs, and many attendees arrive via bicycle). We have 88 parking spaces in our primary parking area, with on-site overflow parking to accommodate an additional 30 vehicles, plus two neighboring businesses (Kelly Supply Co. and Penske Truck Rental) who have given us permission to use their parking lots for overflow parking, accounting for an additional 20 spaces. Band and participant parking will be on property on internal gravel roads and will not take up anticipated attendee parking.

-Statement of expected impacts to the subject land and surrounding properties and a statement describing how impacts on surrounding properties will be minimized: Minimal concert noise may be heard beyond the boundaries of our property. We have professional sound management on site actively controlling sound levels. We have no residential neighbors who would be impacted and immediate neighbors are commercial businesses that will be closed at event time. All attendee-accessible areas are on-site, so no foot traffic impact is anticipated on surrounding land. Trash and recycling receptacles will be placed at multiple locations throughout the event area to prevent litter and trash from ending up on adjacent land.
