it's valet parking on our property. People just walk to the food, drinks, and dancing.
Tents are only 15'x15' open sided and they're only for protection for buffet food & drink service not gathering of people.

Comments: The applicant provided additional information via email as part of questions for the first event held in June. It was also indicated that the event in August would be operated the same.

Information provided via email was adequate for the event including information on a restroom trailer with handsinks, potable water, licensed caterer, etc.

The applicant indicated that Rock Fan will be the production company providing music for the event. The County has a noise ordinance that requires noise levels do not exceed 50 dbA at the property lines of the event. The noise should not create a disturbance for neighbors even if it meets the 50dbA. The applicant indicated that the production company will have monitoring equipment to verify sound levels. Please make neighbors aware of the event and provide contact information in the event so that they may contact you prior to contacting the sheriff if noise becomes a disturbance.
