4/19/22 Posted map still shows "proposed dwelling structure" and does not indicate the event is to be entirely outside, although applicant told me on 4/6/22 that he would post an updated map. Also, no bathrooms in the house may be used as part of this event, since the house has a Code Compliance violation. I cannot approve this event as currently proposed.

4/21/22 Updated map posted. Approved for outdoor use only, no portion of the new or existing buildings may be part of this Special Event due to ongoing Code Compliance issues.

Comments: =Applicant provided a new site map for the event.
=Emailed applicant to notify that the residence restrooms would not be allowed as they are served by a septic system designed to accomodate much less than 200 guests. The applicant has indicated that they will provide 4 portable restrooms for the event. Please ensure that one is of accessible design.
=Please provide at least one hand wash station stocked with warm water, hand soap, paper towels, and a trash can.
=Applicant indicated that noise will be monitored to comply with the Larimer County Noise Ordinance to ensure decibels remain below 50 dbA at the property lines due to the event going past 7pm. It is strongly recommended to notify neighbors of the event and provide them contact information if they experience disturbances to try to mitigate on your own prior to contacting the sheriff.
