Reviewing Agency Comments/Status
Email the Special Events Coordinator regarding this application.
Building
Status: Approved
Comments: The stage live load will work at 125 psf with the engineer's stamp on the letter (even if it is per the 2003 IBC and a non-Colorado stamp). This is not a true theater stage (150 psf live load) with all the associated loads, but closer to a platform with its 100 psf live load requirement. The wind plan should include actual deployment of a wind gauge and not just "anticipate" high winds. The stage manager, safety coordinator or someone should be designated to monitor the wind gauge and initiate the plan. Please make those changes and I am satisfied with building code issues.
