Additional Information Submitted by Applicant
1. Date Submitted: 06/10/2022I have attached the Intersection Control pdf. This lists all the posts for law enforcement and the flaggers.
I have included maps for the different routes along with a map with all the routes on one page.
Three routes (about 500 riders) will ride into Larimer County, toward Carter Lake. We work with the State Patrol and the Larimer County Sheriffs office to make sure we have adequate law enforcement present to ensure the safety of both the motorists and the riders.
The BBC 50, 70 and 100-mile routes in Larimer County. Numbers on the map indicate mile distances from the start in Boulder.
The 50,70,100 miles routes of the Buffalo Bicycle Classic enter Larimer County where N 83rd Street becomes CR23E at N. County Line Road just north of the Little Thompson River Bridge. The route proceeds north along CR23E, continuing east on W CR 6 and north on CR23 to the aid station at the intersection of N CR 23 and W CR 8. The 50 mile route turns around at the aid station. The 50 and 70 mile routes proceed around Carter Lake. Left to stay on N CR23, left onto W CR 8 E, right on S CR 31to proceed along the east and north side of Carter Lake and proceed downhill. Right onto S CR 29 which becomes W CR12, right at N CR 23 to the aid station at the intersection with W CR 8. Right to stay on N CR 23, which becomes W CR 6 and CR 23 E. The route leaves Larimer County at N County Line Road where N CR 23 becomes N 83rd Street.

We will be using Highway 7, west of Peak to Peak highway coming from Ward. The riders will head west on Highway 7 to go to Allenspark. They turn around and head back back to Peak to Peak to Ward for the Buff Epic 100 mile ride. We will have about 100-150 riders doing the Buff Epic. I have attached a map.
It is my understanding there is no construction that far west.
