Description:
I would like to bring a group of 24 CSU students to Lions Open Space on September 3, 2021 for a Stream Ecology Field Trip. We would like to collect three macroinvertebrate samples (30cmx30cm streambed area) from two riffles in the Cache la Poudre River. The students will be processing the aquatic invertebrates and identifying specimens to family level. We would also like to collect water quality measurements with a multi-parameter probe.
