There are 50+ haunters in the woods and 8 to 10 back-side runners- fixing things as they break, checking on the welfare of patrons etc.

NUMBER AND LOCATION OF TOILETS:
At least 6 port-o-potties will be rented and placed in strategic locations around the haunt for patron and volunteer convenience.

IMPACT TO SUBJECT AND SURROUNDING PROPERTIES
The Creepy Walk in the Woods site is approximately 4.5 acres. Neighboring property should not be affected because we are buffered on all sides by our own property. The location is shielded from the street by trees and is shielded by trees on the west. The property owner to the east is very supportive of this event. The property to the north, which we share road access is not impacted because it is outside of the area where any noise could be heard.

Subject land is a hayfield and privately owned by Michael and Kathleen, the applicants.

Building

Status: Approved

Comments: Per Site Plan, existing structures to be used as backdrops only. No entry into the clown cottage or any other building as in previous years is allowed, since owners decided not to obtain a building permit to legalize its change of occupancy to a Special Amusement Building.

At least one of the portable toilets must be handicap-accessible.

Approved with these two conditions.
