The music events will utilize existing built facilities for restrooms, food and alcohol service.
Sound from the music events shall be kept to 50 decibels at the Holiday Twin Drive-in property lines. To reiterate the Planning Department, the Findings and Resolutions for the Special Events Appeal (21-GNRL0511) requires decibels be maintained below 50 dbA and provides specific conditions of approval to ensure this, including item #6: Permanet, continuous noise monitoring equipment shall be installed by sound professional at the fence-line of the property. Noise monitoring reports shall be made available to Larimer County staff upon request, and time-stamped data shall be submitted to staff in the event of a noise complaint. This shall be in-place as required for the approval before August 1st.
