Comments: In regards to COVID restrictions, Larimer County is aligned with statewide Colorado public health orders and recommendations. There are currently no local public health orders related to COVID-19 for events. Operations may implement their own policies so long as they are meeting the minimum requirements set forth by the state of Colorado. The music events will utilize existing built facilities for restrooms, food and alcohol service.

Sound from the music events shall be kept to 50 decibels at the Holiday Twin Drive-in property lines. To reiterate the Planning Department, the Findings and Resolutions for the Special Events Appeal (21-GNRL0511) requires decibels be maintained below 50 dbA and provides specific conditions of approval to ensure this, including item #6: Permanet, continuous noise monitoring equipment shall be installed by sound professional at the fence-line of the property. Noise monitoring reports shall be made available to Larimer County staff upon request, and time-stamped data shall be submitted to staff in the event of a noise complaint. This shall be in-place as required for the approval before August 1st.
