Course: An out and back approximately 11.4 miles distance over mostly flat terrain with some rolling hills. The course is on the East
service road between exits 288 and 281.

service road between exits 288 and 281.

Traffic Plan, Parking and Marshall Locations

1. All parking will be off the sides of West Frontage road and on Buckeye Road. Drivers will be directed to park as far to the side
as possible. Only one side of the road will be available for parking. Signs and marshals will direct vehicles and assure parking
is safe and in the designated areas.
2. Certified flaggers will be stationed along the course as indicated.
3. A PVH ambulance is stationed on top of a hill near the start as shown.
4. Signage (Race Ahead) as indicated.
5. The start and finish lines are separated to assure safety for the participants and for least impedance to vehicles on the road.
6. The roads are open to traffic.
7. Racers are directed to ride as far to the right as practicable.
8. The USAC Officials will also be present to assure that the course is safe.
9. At least one motorcycle official will be traveling the course.

Notes
1. Insurance has been purchased but certificate not yet received. This will be attached once received.
2. The race is a time trial where a rider races against the clock. Small groups of riders start at 30 second intervals. Most riders complete the course in 30 minutes. Once a group is done they are required to leave the area before the next group can begin. Groups contain from 1 to 15 riders and if small can be combined. There is a waiting period between groups to allow riders time to leave the area before the next group.
3. Results are posted on line. No results posted on site.
4. The attached race flyer contain a section on COVID-10 requirements and there is also attached the Bicycle Racing Association COVID-19 Mitigation Manual.
10. Two certified flaggers control traffic at the turn-around, one at the Start-Finish and one at the single intersecting gravel road.
11. Communications will be augmented by standard FRS line of sight radios.
12. Cell phones/ radios will be used for any special communications
