LCDRT joins us to spread the word about their organization and show off a little. They usually find more items than the average person.

Status: ApprovedComments: The application did not provide details on food service other than the food is catered. The event flyer indicates that post-event barbecue will be hosted. Please note that all food is required to be from an approved source that holds a 2020 Colorado Retail Food License such as a restaurant, grocery store or licensed caterer that works from a commissary kitchen. Food and beverage service shall also be limited to staff/volunteers serving to minimize cross-contamination of surfaces and utensils, canned beverages in coolers or pitchers. A handwash station shall also be provided for staff/volunteers to wash hands before conducting food service. Additional food safety guidelines are provided on our webiste:
Please ensure water is provided for attendees during the event. Bottled water is preferred, or sanitized beverage containers filled with treated water (potable).
If the Saddle area of Carter Lake does not have public restrooms, a portable restroom shall be provided that is of accessible design for all. A handwash station shall also provided with a catch basin for wastewater and a trash can.
Please note that in addition to this Health Department review for the Special Event Application, the Event Coordinator shall also receive a COVID event plan approval from the Health Department's Emergency Operations Center (EOC) for COVID safety precautions. The EOC is a separate Department that has been activated to review review COVID-specific plans.

1. A certificate of insurance with general liability limits no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 general aggregate. The certificate of insurance must name Larimer County as the certificate holder (Larimer County Risk Management 200 W Oak St Suite 4000 Fort Collins, CO 80525) and list Larimer County as an additional insured. Please note that Larimer County does not accept additional insured language that limits additional insured status to that which is “required by contract”, however, "by agreement" is an acceptable addition.
