Machinefest is an outdoor all ages show with live music and a unique robot performance with lighting and some visual effects. The event will take place in an enclosed fenced area. There will be a food truck on site for spectators. Water will be provided.

Comments: The property is zoned O-Open.

Both E. County Road 66 and N. County Road 3 are classified as Major Collectors.

All temporary structures related to the event should be located a minimum of 100-feet from the right-of-way center lines of E. CR 66 and N. CR 3, as well as 25-feet from all other property lines.

The west half of the property is located within a FEMA designated floodplain.

Any proposed temporary lighting should meet the requirements of Section 8.15 of the Larimer County Land Use Code. In general, lighting should be downcast and no greater than one-tenth of a foot candle 20-feet beyond the property lines.

Disturbed areas should be re vegetated with native grass seed to prevent noxious weeds.

The event will comply with all Center for Disease Control and State of Colorado guidelines and rules for social distancing and maximum crowd size that are in place at the time of the event.

Please provide a certificate of insurance with general liability limit no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 general aggregate. The certificate of insurance must name Larimer County as the certificate holder (Larimer County Risk Management 200 W Oak St Suite 4000 Fort Collins, CO 80525) and list Larimer County as an additional insured. Please note that Larimer County does not accept additional insured language that limits additional insured status to that which is “required by contract”, however, "by agreement" is an acceptable addition.
