We have a walk (on the side of the street) 1/4 down and up near Horsetooth
Reservoir. This is a part of a camp that we host at CSU for college athletes
from all over the country. We will bring one group up on Thursday, May 28th
by 10:30am and we will be done with our walk by 11:45am.
This is a relay walk, so no more than 20 people are walking (spread out) at
one time. We make sure all our participants stay in the bike lanes at all
times.

Description:

We will have two certified athletic trainers on hand each time. We
have a certificate of insurance from our company (Cru) showing a 1 million dollar coverage in general liability.

Attached is the diagram of the race. Certificate of insurance will be issued once secured.

We will also have 2 Athletic Certified Trainers on hand as well as a safety team, who will be responsible to call 911in case of an emergency.

Comments: It is unknown if this event is still occurring. Larimer County is still in a pandemic response and Public Health Orders are changing frequently and unknown for May 28, 2020. At this time, Public Health Orders for Safer at Home prohibit events of 10 or more people, require face coverings and physical distancing of 6 feet. If event attendance restrictions are modified by May 28th, be advised that there may be requirements for face coverings and physical distancing.

Comments: The address of the event is listed as 200 W Oak St on the Certificate of Insurance and the address of the event on the application is the Horsetooth reservoir. Please correct the address on the certificate so that the insured location is the same as the location listed for the event.

Please provide a certificate of insurance with general liability limit no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 general aggregate. The certificate of insurance must name Larimer County as the certificate holder (Larimer County Risk Management 200 W Oak St Suite 4000 Fort Collins, CO 80525) and list Larimer County as an additional insured. Please note that Larimer County does not accept additional insured language that limits additional insured status to that which is “required by contract”, however, "by agreement" is an acceptable addition.
