Course: An out and back approximately 11.4 miles distance over mostly flat to rolling terrain. The course is on the East Service road adjacent to I-25 between exits 288 and 281.

Course: An out and back approximately 11.4 miles distance over mostly flat to rolling terrain. The course is on the East Service road adjacent to I-25 between exits 288 and 281.
Traffic Plan, Parking and Locations

1. All parking will be off the sides of the West Frontafe road and on Buckleye Road. Drivers will be directed to park as far to the side as possible.Only one side of the road will be available for parking. Signs and marshals will direct vehicles and assure parking is safe and in designated areas.
2. Certified flaggers will be stationed along the course as indidcated on the attached map
3. A PVH ambulance are stationed on the top of a hill near the start/finish lines as shown.
4. Signage (race ahead) as indicated.
5. The start and finish lines are separated to assure safety for the participants and for the least impedance to vehicles on the road.
6. The roads are open to traffic.
7. Racers are directed to ride as far to the right as practicle.
8. The USAC officials will also be present to to assure the course is safe.
9. At least one motorcycle official will be traveling the course.
10. Two certified flaggers control traffic at the turn around, one at the start finish and one at the single intersecting gravel road.
11. Communications will be augmented by standard FRS line of sight radios.
12. Cell phone/radios will be used for any special communications.

Comments: Please provide portable restrooms at the Buckeye start/finish point of the timed trial ride to accommodate the 300 participants and 100 spectators between 9a-2pm. Per the Larimer County Special Event Guidelines, 4 to 6 portable restrooms are recommended for 250-500 people for 3-5 hours.
