Status: ApprovedComments: Do not leave food out unattended or overnight. Garbage should be picked up, contained, and secured at night in bear resistant dumpsters.
The applicant provided additional information, including the food vendor and the use of the existing 2 outhouses for restroom access.
Since this is an all day outdoor event, we just recommend a few public health related items:
•It is recommended that shade be provided for off-water activities at the clubhouse if not already provided by the coordinators.
•Since the restrooms are outhouses with no running water, we would request that hand sanitizer be provided for guests and access to the sinks in the clubhouse with hand soap and paper towels.
•Ensure access to potable drinking water is provided by means of bottled water or clean beverage dispensers filled with treated water.
