Additional Information Submitted by Applicant1. Date Submitted: 10/10/2019
We would like to host a "Living Nativity" event for children and families of all ages. It will be free of charge to the public. We will collect canned food donations for the House of Neighborly Service and OUR Center. We will share a short play and singing with volunteers. Our animal ambassadors will play their part. Hot chocolate and/or cider and treats will be shared.
The event will take place on the west end of our property. We will have adult volunteers assisting with parking, hospitality, and event needs.
We have available parking on-site in our front "horseshoe" shaped grass lawn. We have two entrance/exit points, allowing for easy access for traffic flow. If needed, emergency vehicles may enter and exit from either direction and have an open path. (The road pictured to the south of our property is a dead end easement road used solely for access to the field to the east of the property.)
We have a port-a-potty on-site. A first aid kit will be available. We also have a defibrillator on-site.
If we have inclement weather, we will offer December 22nd as a back-up date to be determined on Saturday, December 7th, at 9 a.m.
Questions are welcome. Thank you.
