Hello, I have spoken to Peggy, Janette and Molly awesome ladies by the way!! We are a non profit organization looking to have a team building event at the Pavilion at the trail head for Horsetooth falls. I know we are not in the 60 day window but Molly said she could see if she could get this pushed through. Also I was told that the application fee could be waived. And possible could have something worked out with the parking prices as we have a large group coming and would need help with this. Not everyone would be hiking.
I do have a question about the insurance. What would we need to do and how we would go about doing that?
I know its short notice. I started this process a few weeks ago but had no idea about the 60 days and the insurance. I sure do hope we can work something out. Thank you all for you time and consideration.
