Event will be held at Anheiser-Bush Brewery - They provide the breakfast and beer for each runner over 21 years of age. The race will go from 9 am - 10:30 am
Race will go from Brewery - heading North on Bush Drive - heading west on East County Road 52 (~1 mile) - heading south on North County Road 9 (~1 mile) - heading east on Mountain Vista Drive (~1 mile) - heading north back onto Bush Drive (~1 mile) - ending at the brewery

Anheiser-Bush Brewery host the event for us. They provide all food and beverages to the participants following their health code guidelines.

Water stations along the route are supervised and all trash is picked up by our volunteer crew.

Roads do not need to be closed during the race.

We will hire police for traffic control at the turns and any other spot required.

This is an annual race, the route and traffic control plans have not changed from previous years.

We will submit a certificate of liability

Runners will only be on the road from 9 am - 10:30 am (setup of water stations will begin at 8:30 am)

Comments: It was acknowledged that event coordinator will be responsible for water and trash pickup along the course.

If not already established with the Biergarten, please ensure water is available at the post-race event site and multiple trash receptacles in the areas of portable restrooms (if provided) and eating areas.

The Biergarten at Anheuser is a licensed retail food establishment and therefore approved for food and beverage service.
