We intend to host a wedding on August 17, 2019. The invitation list includes 200 people, so we anticipate that not all of them will come, but we're giving 200 as the maximum just to be safe. The entire event will consist of a wedding ceremony at 4:30 with a reception to follow. We have informed the couple that the event will need to done by 11:00, so they need to end the reception by 10:30 at the latest. The couple is renting a 60 X 40 tent to hold their festivities. No road are affected other than that the guests will drive to our property. The couple is encouraging car pooling due to the wedding being 10 miles outside of town. Due to this fact and that the guest list includes children, we expect an average of 3 people per car which comes out to 67 cars. Our daughter was married on our property 5 years ago with guest attendance of 300 people and parking was done easily. We have a parking plan and will inform the parking attendants of the plan and flow. Please see the included sketch.
The couple are renting porta-potties for restrooms from Gallegos Sanitation. These will be located on the south end of the tent, as shown in the sketch. We have informed them they need at least 4 toilets and one hand washing station.
They are bringing bottled water for guests to drink and we've informed them that they should plan on guests each drinking at least 4 bottles of water each.
In addition to bottled water, the couple is having their reception dinner catered by a local company and they're planning on providing their own alcohol to toast with. They will not charge money for the alcohol. This will all be served within the tent.
We don't have a method to ensure that the maximum number of guests isn't exceeded, but we're guessing there won't be more than the guest list and that the number of people will go down as guests leave throughout the evening.
There will be a DJ at the reception. We will be there to monitor the volume and keep it a very conservative level, complying with Larimer County Noise Ordinance.
In regard to the expected impact on our land and on surrounding properties:
As already mentioned, we hosted out daughter's wedding 5 years ago. There truly was no impact on our land. We have hosted a handful of weddings since then, and still, no impact. We expect the same again. We will provide ample trash cans for their trash and will ensure that guests do not leave the designated

It has been acknowledged that portable restrooms and handwash station will be provided by the wedding party. Trash receptacles will also be provided.
Bottle water will be available to guests, but please be advised that we are not approving the total amount proposed for 6 hours as our guidelines do not provide a minimum.
It was stated that food would be provided by a local company. The wedding party should ensure that the food service company they hire holds a 2019 Colorado retail food license and operates form a commercial kitchen and not a home kitchen.
The applicant is aware of the noise ordinance and intends to control noise. The property is on 35 acres with few homes in the immediate area. Please be advised, since the event is over the weekend complaints regarding noise disturbances would be directed to the Sheriff's department. Noise levels shall be maintained at 50 decibels or less at the property lines.

Emergency Access: An emergency access path of no less that 20’ wide shall be maintained free and clear of all immovable objects on streets and fire apparatus access roads, at all times during the event. Road blocks may be placed on public streets to prevent traffic from crossing, but cannot block emergency travel. If road blocks are used ensure staff is available to remove barricade should emergency travel be necessary. (2006 IFC, 503.1).
Tent Permits: Any tent or air supported membrane structure greater than 700 square feet requires a tent permit. The LFRA has a policy which provides details for International Fire Code compliance and can be obtained at 410 E 5th St., or on the City of Loveland website under the Fire- Community Safety Division – Fire Prevention Bureau - Special Events, Tents and Membrane Structures

W. CR 38E is classified as a Major Collector
All temporary structures should be located a minimum of 100 feet from the right-of-way centerline of W. CR 38E and 25 feet from all other property lines.
Redstone Creek runs through the west side of the property, it is recommended that a 100 foot setback be maintained from the centerline of the creek.
A portion of the west half of the property is located in a FEMA designated floodplain.No temporary structures should be located in the floodplain overnight.
All disturbed areas should be re vegetated with native seed to prevent noxious weeds.
