Status: ApprovedComments: It was indicated that no food or beverage are provided by the event coordinators for this ROTC activity. It is not known if there are specific protocol for participants to provide their own rations, including water, food, sunscreen, etc. Please note that a 6 hour event of rigorous activity should include potable water for all staff and participants. Any type of food or snacks provided by the coordinators must be from a commercial source prepared in a commercial kitchen such as a CSU commissary, restaurant, or grocery store. If other vendors provide food, they must hold a 2019 Colorado Retail Food License.
