Comments: Per the project description submitted, all of the mobile units included hold a 2019 retail food license (including Austin Taco's who provided a 2018 license).

Trash and recycle receptacles shall be provided near the food truck area as well as the restroom stations to prevent debris accumulation on the ground and in the portable restroom vaults.

Three areas of restrooms will be provided around the main event site and firework launching pad. Larimer County Special event guidelines recommend for 7000 people for 4 hours with alcohol service, that a minimum of 45 restrooms shall be provided and at least 9 handwashing stations. In addition, accessible portable restrooms shall also be available at each restroom area. For additional information, please refer to the guidelines: https://apps.larimer.org/specialevent/se_guidelines.htm#A

Since the event occurs at dusk and around a body of water in a field, we would recommend implementing pest control for vectors such as mosquitoes which may carry West Nile Virus. It is understood that the Town of Timnath has a mosquito management program and monitors trapped data to determine when to spray, and will most likely rely on this data as the event approaches.
