This will be an outdoor event. All event activity and parking will be on private property. No parking will be allowed on any roads. All event activity aside from parking will be contained in a fenced in area. 3 porta-potties will be provided for spectators. Food will be sold from a licensed local food truck.
The event will consist of 3 live bands and a unique art robot performance. The art robot performance will have special effects lighting and smoke effects.

The bands will be performing on a small platform/stage behind the main building. The platform sits at ground level on the back and then projects out as the ground rolls down. The highest part of the stage (the front edge) is only 24 inches off of the ground. The stage was built very well and has been used several times with absolutely no problems. I do not have an official load rating for this small structure though.

Both E. County Road 66 and N. County Road 3 are classified as Major Collectors.
All temporary structures related to the event should be located a minimum of 100-feet from the right-of-way center lines of E. CR 66 and N. CR 3, as well as 25-feet from all other property lines.
The west half of the property is located within a FEMA designated floodplain.
Any proposed temporary lighting should meet the requirements of Section 8.15 of the Larimer County Land Use Code. In general, lighting should be downcast and no greater than one-tenth of a foot candle 20-feet beyond the property lines.
Disturbed areas should be re vegetated with native grass seed to prevent noxious weeds.
