Description:
This is a fundraiser benefiting Fort Collins Preschool. There will be approximately 150 guests, most of whom are parents of children of the school, others are friends & extended family members.

There will be a live auction, a silent auction and a raffle (we do have a raffle permit/license).

Food and drinks will be served at the event.

The event will be held in my (Lisa Pallister - 836 Gregory Road, Ft. Collins 80524) backyard. In case of rain, the event will be moved inside.

Comments: The property is zoned FA-Farming.
Gregory Road is classified as a minor collector.
We recommend that all tables proposed for the event be located a minimum of 70-feet from the right-of-way centerline of Gregory Rd. and a minimum of 5-feet from side property lines and 10-feet from the rear property line.
The property is not located within a FEMA designated Floodplain.

Proposed parking for the event is located partially on-site and along roads in the area dedicated for public use within a platted subdivision, Dellwood Heights.
No parking for the event shall be permitted along Gregory Rd.and signage should be provided to educate guests.
No parking for the event is permitted near the intersection of Gregory Rd. and E. Ridgecrest Rd., north of 705 and 708 E. Ridgecrest Rd., so as not to impair visibility at the intersection
No parking for the event shall block driveways.

We recommend notifying neighbors about the event and about parking and traffic impacts.

We have received public comment. Concerns are related to parking off-site and potential noise from the event ending at 11 pm.

Good Morning Lisa,

Your special event permit application has been approved. Please print the permit and have it available for the duration of your event.

There have been some concerns form neighbors regarding parking. Please ensure that all participants are aware that they are not to park on neighboring lawns, driveways or property. We also ask that participants are aware of mail boxes and neighboring structures as they park and depart. And lastly, we ask that cones be set up in front of neighboring properties that prefer parking does not take place in front their homes during the event.
