Comments: The health department does not have any comments regarding the motorcycle ride on County roads.

Please note that the Health Department regulates food service for all incorporated and unincorporated areas within Larimer County. All food vendors that will participate in the food service for the event riders at Thunder Mountain Harley and the rallies in Fort Collins are required to possess a retail food license.

All special event food vendors must submit special event applications for review and licensure to the health department a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the event. Information related to the standards and the necessary applications are available on the health department's website at:
https://www.larimer.org/health/safety-sanitation-programs/food-safety-program/license-plan-review-information/temporary
=Temporary/special event vendors must apply for Larimer County Health Department issued temporary/special event retail food/beverage licenses to operate at events located anywhere in Larimer County, including Fort Collins and Loveland.
=Vendors possessing temporary event retail food licenses from other Colorado counties or states outside of Colorado will not be accepted as licensure to operate at temporary events within Larimer County.
=Mobile unit or pushcart vendors operating with a current Colorado Retail Food license may be accepted if using the mobile or push cart for food prep and service at the event.
=All vendors must have an approved commissary that is within 30 minutes or 30 miles of the event site. The commissary agreement must be included in the application packet. The commissary agreement is available on the website listed above.
=Please be advised, alcoholic beverage service may also require a temporary event license. If beverage service is only from kegs, bottles, and cans, with no open ice and no beverage assembly such as mixed drinks and blended frozen beverages, then the vendor may not be required to hold a temporary event retail food license.
