Description:
This is a Junior Bass State Team tournament. The Champion and 2nd place team will represent Colorado at the 2020 Junior Bass National tournament. Each team of 2 Juniors will have an adult boat driver. The Boat driver will take the participants to the spots they would like to fish. At the end we will have an award ceremony at 2pm to crown the champion. We will be gone by 3pm

Comments: - Please update the attached certificate of insurance to reflect the date of the event which should coincide with the date on Special Event Application 4534. Currently the date listed on the certificate is 9/22/19 and the event date listed on the application is 9/8/19.



Please provide a certificate of insurance with general liability limit no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 general aggregate. The certificate of insurance must name Larimer County as certificate holder (Larimer County Risk Management 200 W Oak St Suite 4000 Fort Collins, CO 80525) and list Larimer County as additional insured.
