The requested insurance policy will be provided should the permit be approved. Our insurance company is Falcon Insurance Agency/Fla. P.O. Box 6220 Lakeland, FL 33807-6220 Phone: 863-646-9688. They may be contacted to determine insurability.

1. Will an area on the lake be closed for the event?
No, while there will be activity at the boat ramp/beach, no portion of the lake or park will be closed.

2. Will landings and takeoffs be a part of the event, or just aircraft operations on the water?
Landing and takeoffs will be needed to get the aircraft to and from the lake. Aircraft operations on the water is in conjunction with safety seminars. There will be a limited number of rides offered at no-cost to 14 - 18 year-olds with parental permission.

3. Emergency vehicles are listed as being at the main display area, can you provide more information?
The emergency vehicles are invited to display. Also, water rescue training may take place. The vehicles are usually on standby and may be called away for a real-world incident.

4. Will the Larimer County Dive Rescue Team be available for a standby of the event?
They are invited although their presence is not required.

5. Will the Park Rangers be in proximity to the event and readily available and coordinate communications for emergency service response?
The Park Rangers are welcome to attend/participate. Event personal will have cell phones to make notifications if needed.

Comments: The Code of Federal Regulations, Chapter 43, Section 423, Titled Public Conduct on Bureau of Reclamation Facilities, Lands, and Waterbodies, prohibits the use of seaplanes on all Reclamation waterways located in the State of Colorado.
